Let’s meet! This first step is easy and doesn’t require a commitment either way, no matter what stage of the game you’re in.


WHEN DO I NEED TO PICK OUT MY FINISHES?
We’ve got you covered. You’ll receive a detailed timeline of events and due dates for finishes! We’ve also got a close relationship with ALL of our local vendors who will have an understanding of the vision that we will set during onboarding.


WHAT ARE MY FEES FOR SERVICE?
This is dependent on the individual scope of the job, and you will receive an itemized estimate based on the square footage of your home and your finish selections. Management and overseeing a self-built home is typically 12-15% of the home build. Revivals and remodels are quoted based on the project scope.


WHAT DOES MY TIMELINE LOOK LIKE?
This is highly dependent on the amount of site-work needed prior to construction. Once site-work is complete, construction phases may range anywhere from 4-6 months. Given the circumstances of Covid-19 and the ripple affect supply and demand has had on the industry, times may vary based on these circumstances. We do our best to keep a pulse on inventory and items we know have long lead times to keep the project’s timeline running smoothly.
